The Louis Hotels chef team excelled at the awards ceremony as it secured 23 awards in 23 entries! In particular, Louis Hotels chefs received 12 gold, 9 silver and 2 bronze awards in a number of categories related to specific dishes and meals.

Meet the Italian Restaurant of Amada Colossos Resort in Rhodes!

Architect Eleftherios Ambatzis recently completed the Italian restaurant Benini’s in the island of Rhodes, Greece, as a part of the large beachfront resort complex Amada Colossos adopting a design approach which deconstructs the essence of Italy using discreet references in contrast with the expected folkloric approach.
